Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours. Deliveries typically take between two to five business days within Canada. International shipping is available, though rates and delivery times will vary according to the final destination; please email us if you would like to check details prior to ordering.

Return Policy

It is easy to return an item to SelfDesign if you are not completely happy with your purchase. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 14 days of the date that you received your order. All items must be returned in their original condition and at the buyer’s expense.
